Instagram competition rules
ARTICLE 1 - ORGANIZER AND DURATION OF THE CONTEST
Façonnier, whose head office is located in Bourg Les Valence, wishes to organize a competition entitled "JEU CONCOURS Bague Corset" (Corset Ring Competition), the winner of which will be selected by drawing lots in accordance with the conditions set out below.
The competition will run from Saturday September 17 to Monday September 26. Entries close at 4pm.
ARTICLE 2 - CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATING IN THE COMPETITION
2.1. The competition is free of charge and open to any person, resident in France or abroad, regardless of nationality.
2.2. Participation in the competition implies irrevocable and unreserved acceptance of the terms and conditions of the present rules.
2.3. The competition is limited to one entry per person. Participation in the competition is strictly personal and nominative. Participants must like the photo, identify 2 people of their choice by commenting and follow the following two accounts: @faconnier and @lejournaldemandy. Only one prize will be awarded.
2.4. Failure to comply with the conditions of participation set out in these Rules shall render the Participant's participation null and void.
ARTICLE 3 - PRINCIPLE OF THE COMPETITION/ENTRY PROCEDURES
This game takes place exclusively on the Instagram social network, from September 17 to 26, 2022. Each participant must meet the conditions of the game mentioned in article 2, if he wants to have a chance to win the prize.
ARTICLE 4 - DESIGNATION OF WINNERS
The Organizer will designate the winners by drawing lots from among all those who have registered. A draw will take place on September 26 at 4 pm.
ARTICLE 5 - PRIZES
The Corset de Façonnier ring worth €1110.
ARTICLE 6 - DELIVERY AND USE OF PRIZES
The Organizer of the contest will contact only by private message on Instagram the winner selected at random and will inform them of the procedures to follow to access their prize. No mail will be sent to participants who did not win, only the winner will be contacted. The winner must reply within one day of the e-mail being sent, providing full contact details. If no reply is received from the winner within 24 hours of the e-mail being sent, the prize will be forfeited and the winner will not be entitled to any indemnity, endowment or compensation whatsoever. In this case, the prize will be awarded to a substitute designated in the draw for the session concerned. The winner must comply with the present rules. Should they fail to meet the criteria set out in these rules, their prize will not be awarded and will be acquired by Façonnier. To this end, participants authorize all checks concerning their identity, age, contact details or the loyalty and sincerity of their participation. Any false declaration, false indication of identity or postal address will result in the immediate elimination of the participant and the acquisition of the prize by Façonnier. The prize is to be used during the period indicated in accordance with the terms and conditions subsequently communicated to the winner. Furthermore, should Façonnier be unable to deliver the prize to the winner(s) for any reason whatsoever, Façonnier reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent value, to which all participants agree.
ARTICLE 7 - LIABILITY
This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered or associated with Instagram. Façonnier cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of contacting each winner, nor in the event of loss, theft or damage to the prize in transit. Nor shall Façonnier be held liable for any errors in the name, address and/or contact details provided by entrants. In addition, the Organizer of the competition declines all responsibility for any incidents that may occur during the enjoyment of the prize awarded and/or as a result of its use and/or its consequences, in particular the enjoyment of a prize by a minor, who remains under the full and total responsibility of a person with parental authority. Façonnier reserves the right, if circumstances so require, to shorten, extend, modify, interrupt, postpone or cancel the competition, without incurring any liability. However, any modification will be the subject of an amendment which will be posted on the Site and sent free of charge to any person who has requested the rules in writing. Façonnier disclaims all liability in the event of malfunction preventing access to and/or the proper running of the competition, in particular due to external malicious acts. The use of robots or any other similar means to participate in the competition, whether mechanically or otherwise, is prohibited, and any violation of this rule will result in the definitive elimination of the creator and/or user. Façonnier may cancel all or part of the competition if it appears that fraud has occurred in any form whatsoever, in particular computer fraud in connection with participation in the competition or the determination of the winners. In such a case, it reserves the right not to award prizes to fraudsters and/or to prosecute the perpetrators of such fraud before the competent courts.
